Acknowledgment

• By virtue of my agreement to the terms and conditions, I acknowledge that all the information I entered is true, accurate and proper. I am also aware that if any misleading or inaccurate information is provided intentionally or unintentionally, I will bear full responsibility for costs or fines, including legal expenses.
• I give Rawab the freedom to act, use all my private data, take full advantage of them, and show them to the client by any means.
• I acknowledge my understanding and acceptance of the abovementioned, and I will be fully responsible for any breach of the clauses of this document.
• I acknowledge that, by agreeing to these terms and conditions, it is not a contract for any type of partnership, agency for the company, or for an employment therein, and I am not entitled to any payments or benefits.
• I waive all rights in which no special contract, between Rawab and me, is concluded.
• Any dispute arising from what was issued by Rawab or me, is considered before arbitration in the city of Riyadh.
